Russel (ruh-sell) is a true family woman, with a husband, two children, and one grandchild. After working in Insurance for 13 years, Russel took 5 years off to care for her mother-in-law. Family is the most important part of her life, and she cherishes living near her siblings and parents. Her hobbies include reading, beach walks, vintage shopping, fishing, baking, and enjoying a good movie.

Russel is excited to be back in the insurance business, focusing on more than just transacting policies. She values teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking to maintain positive workflow. Russel is always ready to assist with Private and Commercial Policies.

Gina spent her childhood in Southern California and attended Northgate High School in the Bay Area. She now lives in Arizona. John is a true local, born in Walnut Creek and raised in Danville, California. He is deeply engaged in the tech world, holding Cisco CCNA and CCNP certifications, and A+ certification. John has enriched his technical knowledge through courses in PHP, CSS, HTML5, MySQL, JavaScript, Java, and AI, continually advancing his tech career. His passion for the latest tech trends and gadgets is a testament to his dedication to staying at the forefront of technology.

Additionally, John has been licensed to sell insurance for over 10 years, demonstrating a unique blend of expertise in technology and insurance. In his spare time, he enjoys working on cars, his computers, running, and cycling. His professional experience spans Sales, Marketing, and IT. Currently, John works part-time for a local website design company and is deeply interested in Insurance, always ready to address insurance-related questions and needs.

Outside of her professional life, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her husband John and their son Ethan. She is actively involved in her son's development, often seen shuttling him to his various activities, including tennis, piano, and Chinese lessons. Roger McCluney

Roger’s family includes his lovely wife and their 2 children. In his earlier adult life, he served as a platoon leader in the infantry for the United States Army. Roger pursued higher education at California State University – East Bay, where he earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

An avid Ferroequinologist, Roger has a deep fascination with trains, often referred to as the “iron horse.” His enthusiasm for trains extends to managing insurance for the Niles Canyon Railway, where he oversees operations involving steam and diesel engines between Niles and Sunol on Sundays.

With a career in the insurance business that began in 1979, Roger brings a wealth of experience to the field. He has instructed agents and brokers for agent licensing and is also a certified agent for Covered California Health Plans- Shop (group) and individual. Roger has a particular interest in insurance products such as Workers Compensation, General Liability, Property, and Group Health Insurance.
